The 64 bit versions break things for 32 bit because it doesn't work with the configuration program. You should get the 32 bit version (the Library Link) if you are unsure, and only get the Compatibility Library if the normal Library doesn't work with the game you want to use the peripheral with. Check the directory I have in the image below in the "Moving the program files to the game folder:" spoiler. Most are not, not even Batman Arkham City is. You only need the 64 bit version of the Library if the game you are playing is 64 bit.
